If only, I can give a zero star. I cannot forgive or forget the bad experience with Hanamo Florist. I have had good results with them in the past. However, as I was leaving for an extensive trip, I did my usual and ordered well ahead of time for a funeral. Upon my return, I was told by family and friends, that the floral arrangement was a disaster! I've spoken to the manager several times and he has not apologized or correct the problem. I've had to apologize to the family and for the embarassment. Please, don't use this florist. They are a ripoff.
