    Very disappointed. I waited on hold for one full hour. Someone finally connected me and we were disconnected. It would help if you give callers the option of being called back. This is a waste of my time and your time, as I am trying hard to find out where to go to complete my requisition. My doctor failed to tell me I need to fast, so I need to book a SECOND appointment. I assume it should be at the same location, as you have the original copy of my requisition, and some of the tests have been done. However, I have not been able to make an appointment at the same location. I imagine your in-person lines are even longer than reaching you by phone. I would appreciate a call: 604-720-7558 or email.
