Average rating 1.0 based on 1 reviewThe guys were great but unfortunately I had a number of items damaged during the move. I contacted the business right away and submitted a insurance claim. Three weeks later I was contacted by the General Manager and was told that unfortunately, my claim does not qualify for insurance. As they saw that I owed for an extra hour (which that day of moving I was told by Michael that I would not be charged) as the guys had to stop and have a supper break (which they well deserved). As Michael continued that the $209.05 us a fair settlement for what I had claimed. There will be no further compensation offered for the damages.
I find this absolutely unprofessional of this company to say it is a fair settlement when my damages are going to cost me well over $200.00 and I paid over $2,300.00 for this company to move my home and damage them.
