If I could give a zero rating I would. Our condo was flooded Dec. 2 it was impossible to get updates from the adjuster despite numerous phones calls and emails. We had to escalate to our insurance broker multiple times and they escalated as well to get a reply back from the adjuster. Repairs have not commenced, it's been almost 2 months. We live with holes in our ceilings, peeling drywall and ripped out flooring. We got more information from the restoration company doing emergency repairs that from the insurer. The service is non-existent, don't sign up with this outfit. They are not client centered. The lack of communication and support is beyond unreasonable
